I have decided to make available a small line of some of my dishes & other homemade products for sale for those in & around the community who may be interested.
Not to mention when it comes to food for me health is of the utmost importance...
So if your constantly busy & on the go..,
An elder or person with disabilities & can sometimes find it difficult to prepare your own meals.
Or you simply loath cooking as some of us do & largely consist off of take-out but would rather a healthy homemade legitimately old fashioned meal now & then...
And probably save yourself some money while doing so.
As for myself I have two major passions... if you'd like to know more then read on my fellow foodies...we ride at dawn....& by "ride" I mean "Ride & Dine"...

And I am like a Mad Scientist in the Kitchen...but in a good way hahaha.

Also having a background as a Commissary Batch Cook contracted to specifically make specialty dishes for those with Allergens & Intolerance's for nearly a decade as well there is little to nothing I cannot make & I know practically every substitute for ingredients for practically every dietary preference, allergen's & intolerances there is.
This is NOT a business...more of a Hobby/Passion I have had several individuals over the years tell me I should start doing something like this & share that passion with others.

Made with my very own hand crafted Creme Cheese & on a grahm cracker crust these are an all time fan favorite especially around the Christmas holidies & Valintines day.
Several flavors available, just ask & I can probably make it work though hands down the most popular is my Chocolate Orange flavor using actual Orange zest (Think "Terry's Chocolate Oranges but cheese cake.., NOM!!!
And my favorite:
Probiotic Manuka Honey cultured together with my own probiotic yogurt recipe.
(This stuff is quite literally medicinal).
Manuka Honey rendered by Honey Bee's gathering their pollen strictly from the Leptospermum scoparium (Tea Tree) flowers & has been used medicinally for nearly countless centuries with documentations dating as far back as Ancient Egypt & even early Sumarian records.
Health Canada has also approved it for use in all sorts of medicines & even equipment as tissue regenerative ointments, bandages as well as treatments for an array of internal issues particularly with ones gut & digestive system as it is HIGHY antimicrobial though ironically enough it does the opposite of inhibit the growth of your natural & good healthy gut flora (bacterial cultures) it actualy PROMOTES their growth.
